Pastel Peony in Pink

We made a similar design here, but we think this simpler version takes the cake (hahaha!) when it comes to fresh, vibrant and sophisticated elegance.

What more can we say.

Storybooks and Lions

It was our nephew, Rayyan's 1st birthday and we made a huge storybook cake for his guests to devour. His Mama and Baba decided on a Lion-themed birthday party, and we have more photos to follow of the event itself later. But for now, here are some of the cakes we made:

It reads: "Once upon a time" on one side...

...and "there was a lion named Rayyan" on the other.

Oh, and here's the smash cake we made for the birthday boy, a gradient swirl buttercream covered cake in peach and mint green, with a Lion topper made out of fondant.

We think Rayyan was quite impressed.

Stay tuned for the photos from his Roar-ing First Birthday Party!

Lace and Pearl

Inspired by these two beautiful creations, we made a 3-tier wedding cake for this weekend.

And here is the masterpiece. Isn't it adorable?

Mini Cakes

Here are photos of the peach (inside and out!) mini cakes we made for our bride and groom's VIP table doorgift. They wanted it customised to suit their wedding colours and we added some edible pearls to the design to add elegance to the cakes. Inside, are peach cakes with vanilla French buttercream with fresh peach bits. Aren't they lovely?

Pretty in Pink

We made these choc cupcakes for a birthday celebration for a girl who loves anything pink! Pretty, huh?

We'll be making more of these soon, in another girly colour; peach! Hehehe.
